Super pointless without the ability to make purchases for patterns.

I liked the old app. This one is to busy, and in your face.

The app displays a lower price for classes than you actually get when you click on them. When I tried to contact customer support through the app with screen shots of the issue I got an email stating message to Craftsy not received and to contact craftstyhelp.com which is not helpful. Not sure why the offer a way to contact help via the app if they ignore it.

So the other day I had a hiccup with my app. A class I bought through the app was showing up on my iPhone but for some reason I was missing some classes in the app that I had previously purchased. I was confused and frustrated so I emailed Craftsy customer support. In less than 24 hours I had a reply from Anne who was committed to helping me sort things out. She was friendly and helped me to run through a few troubleshooting items. It turns out I hadnt even realized it but I use the Craftsy app on my iPhone and IPad. Well apparently I had a different account on each device which explained why I couldnt see all of my classes. Believe me when I saw I felt pretty stupid at that point but Anne was very understanding and merged both of my accounts so I could see all of my classes again. Throughout our entire encounter Anne was kind, informative and genuinely concerned with solving the problem and helping me out. I really appreciated her quick response, her detailed troubleshooting and her commitment to getting the job done. Now I can happily see all of my classes on both devices and I was able to take advantage of their awesome black-Friday weekend sale.

Ive been a Craftsy user/addict from almost the beginning. This update is so hard to navigate and use. Its hard to find anything I own or want to own. Its like a large class salad with too much dressing. Please, please, please bring back the old version. It was easy to use and navigate. I find myself not using the app and not getting new classes either. Even with the last sale, it was just too much of a time and energy drain to bother.

Enough said.

Dont waste your money! If looking to be able to view classes on your iPhone, be prepared for lots of continual frustration-(after, of course, they take your money...) not worth it! Good thought, bad execution. Horrible app!

I was having a all full time getting on with my phone after the last upgrade. Finally was able to find the spot to write customer support. This morning a email came in and was very helpful if anyone else is having a issue try removing the app first and reinstalling it It worked for me Thanks customer support

Easy to use/navigate app. A wide variety of very well done woodworking classes. These are much better than anything on YouTube. The classes are well thought out, have supporting material (plans, tools, etc.), and great quality video.

I love Craftsy. Ive learned so much over the years from every class Ive ever watched. The instruction, feedback, participant interaction, and photos keep me coming back time after time. Unfortunately, I cant seem to locate their free classes anymore as a separate listing, and I cant seem to contact them about the problem--even following their instructions. Im hoping theyll see the problem here, and help. Im also hoping this isnt an indication of problem after their last app update. Please dont let that last paragraph keep you from signing up for a class. You wont be disappointed. Im am now a competent bread baker, machine quilter, and more due to the classes Ive taken on Craftsy. Find a passion and take a class!

Used to work great, but now it wont open. Sends me back to the App Store over and over for an update and then the store doesnt show an update available.

I have recently started sewing again, this app has helped me do things that I never thought I could! I have made several purses (pro quality) and several other items. You will not be disappointed!

It would be great if you could manage what you sell from the app or even purchase. Bummer.

I used to love accessing my Craftsy courses offline while traveling. Alas, the most recent update resulted in an app that crashes every time you try to open it. So much for "bugs fixed by holiday elves". The app is useless if you cant use it!

Just in time for holiday travel, this App update wont run and I wont be able to view the classes offline Ive been wanting to watch while off work. Lovely

The app crashes every time I open it. Classes are locked behind an unending string of error messages. Needs a genuine bug fix update BADLY.

I have been an avid user of Craftsy and enjoyed and benefitted from their classes, however I went on the app to work on a class I BOUGHT with money, and keep getting a message that blocks my access and sends me to the app store for an update that doesnt seem to exist, repeatedly. HELP, PLEASE FIX THIS! I promise to revise my review as soon as I can get to my classes.

i want to list my Bought classes from the free ones and cant find help. Why is Craftsy so hard to reach, im thinking of cancelling my account, but what would i do about the classes i paid for?

From my view, the app is inaccessible as are the classes I paid for. I had hoped to have this resource for a long time, but it wont even function in the most basic way, let alone allow me access to my CLASSES. Darn!
