I like the options craftsy has but I find the setup a pain. Looking for your saved items is more work that in the old app. Searching takes longer for patterns, and it will go back to beginning continually which is frustrating. You dont get far in your search. We lost, following designers too. You cant make changes in your profile.

Free app but you have to pay for everything and Im talking $35-$70 for A LESSON on how to do something I could find on the internet for free... Everything is over priced. Not worth it dont download.

Every time a new update comes out it gets worst. After the last update I couldnt upload pictures of my projects from the iPad anymore, also the comments and words of encouragement shared by other students disappeared. Now, with the last upgrade I cant find any of my classes (I have enrolled in more than 20). When I contacted Craftsy Help, I get an automated response that they will get back to me within the week. Craftsy is going to upgrade themselves right out of the market!

Im deeply disappointed that I updated this app. Both the app and website used to be elegant in their simplicity. Craftsy clearly had the navigational needs of the end user ( loyal customers) in mind. Now, everything is extremely slow, and plugged up with superfluous graphics. It is focused on advertising rather than helping people successfully navigate through the site to their classes. It is extremely frustrating and slows everything to a crawl. Unnecessary filters and convoluted menus have been superimposed between users and their classes, adding to the visual clutter of the app. They have taken away some capacities, such as the ability to read reviews. I hope they rethink their recent strategy to focus more on new sales than facilitate the basic navigational needs of customers. Please make the old app available again.

Cant open classes, cant look at projects, cant search for anything. Disappointing

The newest update looks amazing but on my IPad it is sluggish and not very intuitive to the point of frustration by jumping back two pages when I only wanted to go back one. Trying to add something to favorites took me back a page without being able to add it to favorites. Slow overall.

Extremely high quality production, so many topics to choose from and fun!

I am learning about sewing n quilting but dont know where i should begin, what should i do then I found this app. The lesson in the app are very useful for me, i feel like i am attending a real class already.

Unfortunately, the App does not work at all. I am unable to access any of my PAID content on the app as I get continuous pop-up error messages. I find this completely unacceptable.

Craftsy is a great concept but their new app is not working for me. I have tried updating I on my iPad and I am getting error messages with each section I visit.

This newest Craftsy app is horrible! Difficult to find previously purchased classes. Home page should show the classes I have purchased, not the categories of classes that Craftsy is TRYING TO SELL ME! Bring back the old app!

To bad - it wouldve been a really great tool

The fresh new look is beautiful and I havent had any issues finding and downloading my previously purchased patterns. I like that I can download them to either iBooks or my Ravelry library using Stash to Go. Makes it very convenient for me. Nice update!

A waste of time imho. The app doesnt work properly on iPad 3. Not to mention it crashes all the time and the content available for free is very poor.

I learn so much in these classes and go back again and again as I take on projects. I recommend it to all my family and friends. Request, add on more jewelry classes!

Love craftsy, but the new app is a mess When I asked craftsy support for help They were "baffled". Gee. Thanks for that

I purchased a class on November 15, 2016. It has been three days and I am unable to watch the class. I keep getting emails from Craftsy on how to find your classes but information is useless. My account shows a partial list of my classes I have purchased. I bought 20 total, only 7 showing. Money was already collected by Craftsy but the class is not available. The live chat is closed, so there is no way to access inmediate help. It is a shame. Everything was working fine until ........ New screen shakes, when signing in, I have to try twice. The first time it logs you out so I have to start again. There is a big problem with updating classes and a lot more. Somebody needs to take responsibility and start working with customer satisfaction.

Loved craftsy and purchased multiple courses. Now cant access any. Have requested password reset multiple times over several weeks and still havent received. Guess its time to just call it quits and resign myself to the loss of a considerable investment

I have purchased many Craftsy Classes over the past 2 years and have seen customer support go from good to non-existent. The actual courses are quite good and they keep adding new classes every week it seems, but they have not kept up the customer support/ service to match. You submit a help ticket, and you might get an automated response saying they are too back-logged at the time to answer, or will get no answer at all. I have waited 6 weeks and never got an answer. They have "upgraded" their mobile apps, and have been plagued with issues from problems viewing the classes to trouble posting to the discussion forum for help from the instructor. I have waited for weeks with no reply from an instructor, and of course cannot get help from Craftsy as the dont respond to help tickets. As much as I would like to take other classes, I refuse to purchase any more classes until they support the ones they have now. Seems all their resources go to producing more classes for revenue, and none to support their classes which they claim is an integral part of the class.
