I have purchased many Craftsy Classes over the past 2 years and have seen customer support go from good to non-existent. The actual courses are quite good and they keep adding new classes every week it seems, but they have not kept up the customer support/ service to match. You submit a help ticket, and you might get an automated response saying they are too back-logged at the time to answer, or will get no answer at all. I have waited 6 weeks and never got an answer. They have "upgraded" their mobile apps, and have been plagued with issues from problems viewing the classes to trouble posting to the discussion forum for help from the instructor. I have waited for weeks with no reply from an instructor, and of course cannot get help from Craftsy as the dont respond to help tickets. As much as I would like to take other classes, I refuse to purchase any more classes until they support the ones they have now. Seems all their resources go to producing more classes for revenue, and none to support their classes which they claim is an integral part of the class.
